Aromatherapy remedies can come in the form of an inhaler, roller or room spray with essential oils, sometimes combined with flower essences. They help to relieve motion sickness and nausea, headaches, insomnia, stress, to increase focus and energy, clear the sinuses, and much more.

Headache Relieve Roll On
Having an essential oil roll on with you to address a headache is ideal. The go to essential oils for a headache remedy would be peppermint (Mentha piperita) and lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) because of their antispasmodic and relaxing properties, but also Basil (Ocimum Basilicum) for example can be a great support.
Bright Mind Inhaler
When I need to study Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is my beloved oil, with a historic reputation to improve memory function. I use it in an inhaler with Grapefruit (Citrus x paradisii). Other essential oils that can support you when studying or at work are Basil (Ocimum Basilicum) reputed to clear the head and give the mind strength, and Lemon (Citrus x limon) for its uplifting and refreshing component.
Digestive Comfort Massage Blend
A massage blend for the belly when experiencing discomfort can be a great help. There are multiple essential oils that work here. Peppermint (Mentha piperita) of course is known for its antispasmodic and detoxifying properties, Aniseed (Pimpinella anisum) is widely known for its effect on the digestive system and also has antispasmodic properties, Roman Chamomille (Chamaemelum nobile) as a herb was already used by the Romans to treat intestinal disorders and is also deeply relaxing. Ginger is also a great option here.
